This policy explains what personal information Ofishial Digital Ltd ("we", "us") collects through ofishialdigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for this information.
Who we are
Ofishial Digital Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@ofishialdigital.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us
If you use a contact form on our site, we collect your first and last name, email address, your message and the page you sent the form from. We only use these details to reply to your enquiry. The form is delivered to our business mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. We don't store form submissions in a separate database. If an email fails to send, the details of that enquiry are kept in our hosting provider's error logs for a few days so we can follow up, and are then deleted automatically.
If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in your email.
When you browse our site
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't collect personal information.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location based on a shortened IP address. If you accept marketing cookies, advertising platforms we use (such as Google Ads) may set cookies to measure how our campaigns perform.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand and improve our website using analytics cookies, only if you've accepted them. Our lawful basis is your consent.
- To keep our site secure and working. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics and marketing cookies. These are only set if you agree. You can change your mind at any time using the link, which is also in the footer of every page.

Who we share information with
We use trusted providers to run our business, who process information on our behalf: Google (Workspace email, Tag Manager and Analytics) and Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge.
We may also share information if we're required to by law.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and for our business records, normally no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask us to transfer it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@ofishialdigital.com.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
