Carousels and galleries
Banner and product carousels that let customers browse multiple products or offers in a single module.
Email Production
From product carousels and tap-to-reveal offers to quizzes, games and 360° product rotators, we design and build interactive emails that customers can use without leaving the inbox. Every build includes a well-designed fallback, so subscribers on email clients without interactive support still get a great email.
Overview
Interactive email turns a message into an experience. Customers can browse products, answer questions, reveal offers or play a game right in the inbox, which makes campaigns more memorable and gives you richer engagement data than a click alone.
The challenge is support. Interactivity works in some email clients and not others, so every interactive element needs a fallback. We've built everything from accordions to a fully playable character builder, and we design the fallback with as much care as the interactive version.
Services
Popular interactive formats include:
Banner and product carousels that let customers browse multiple products or offers in a single module.
Hidden offers, answers and launches that customers reveal with a tap, ideal for teasers and promotions.
Expandable content for FAQs, product details and long-form content, keeping emails short and scannable.
Interactive quizzes that guide customers to the right product or content, ending in a personalised call to action.
Slot machines, character builders, scratch cards and other playful experiences for seasonal and launch campaigns.
Let customers spin and explore a product from every angle, directly in the email.
Process
Agree the campaign goal and interactive format, and check support across your audience's email clients.
Design the interactive experience and the fallback together, so every subscriber gets a great email.
Hand-code the interaction in HTML/CSS or AMP and test it across devices and email clients.
Package the interaction as a reusable module in your design system, so you can use it again without rebuilding.
FAQs
Apple Mail and iOS Mail support the widest range of CSS interactivity, while Gmail and Yahoo Mail support AMP for Email for registered senders. Support changes regularly, so we check your audience's email client mix before recommending a format.
CSS interactivity uses techniques like hidden inputs and labels and works in several clients without any registration. AMP for Email allows richer, live features such as forms and real-time content, but requires sender registration and a separate AMP version of the email.
Subscribers see a fallback that we design alongside the interactive version. It still delivers the message and the call to action, just without the interaction.
Yes. We build interactive modules for builders and platforms including Stripo, Taxi for Email and HubSpot, so your team can drop them into future emails.
