Privacy Policy

Overview

Glyph Bike is a simple, offline-friendly game. We designed it to respect your privacy by default.

No Data Collected

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from your device.
• We do not use analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for contact details.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.

Permissions

• The App does not request sensitive permissions (e.g., contacts, camera, microphone, location).
• If future features require additional permissions, we will request them transparently in‑app and update this policy first.

Payments

• If you buy the App on Google Play, payment is processed by Google. We receive no card or billing details from Google.

Data Sharing and Transfers

• None. Because we do not collect data, we do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.

Children

• The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

• Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is very little risk of exposure. If you contact us by email, we will only use the information you provide to respond to your request.

Your Rights

• Because the App does not collect personal data, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable to gameplay. If you contact us and provide personal information (e.g., your email), you may request access or deletion of that correspondence at any time via the contact details below.

Changes to This Policy

• If we introduce features that change how data is handled, we will update this policy, change the effective date, and, where appropriate, notify you in‑app.

• UK/EU (GDPR): For gameplay, no personal data is processed. If you email us, we act as a data controller for that correspondence under the legal basis of legitimate interests.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information. Because we do not collect in‑app personal information, the rights to know, delete, or correct generally do not apply to gameplay. You can exercise rights for any support emails by contacting us.
